Information We Do Not Collect
SnapFlow is designed with strict privacy-first principles:
- Photo Content: We never collect, transmit, or store your photos. All photo processing happens locally on your device.
- Photo Metadata: We don't collect EXIF data, location information, or timestamps from your photos.
- Usage Statistics: Data like number of photos cleaned and storage space saved is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect this information.
- Crash Information: We do not collect any crash logs or diagnostic information.
Photo Library Access
The app requires access to your photo library for core functionality:
- Read Access: To display photos for browsing and selection
- Delete Access: To move photos to the "Recently Deleted" album (note: photos are not permanently deleted, they go to iOS system trash)
Important Notes:
- All operations are performed locally; photos are never uploaded to any server
- You can revoke photo access at any time in iPhone Settings
- Revoking access will prevent the app from providing cleaning services
Data Storage
- Local Storage: App settings and cleaning history are stored only on your device using UserDefaults
- Trash Data: The list of deleted photo IDs is stored locally in UserDefaults. The actual photos remain in iOS Photos app
- iCloud: If you have iCloud backup enabled, app data may be included in iCloud backups
- Third-Party Services: We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified within the app, and the updated policy takes effect immediately.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access to any personal data we may hold
- Correction of inaccurate personal data
